Mokam is a statement online store that deals with exclusive jewelries, accessories and beauty and health products. At Mokam, we take the pride in delivering world-class items to our customers. Currently we deliver only to United States, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Israel, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Australia and Ireland. Shipping is ABSOLUTELY FREE, no matter how much or how small your order volume is, no strings attached.
All of our products are carefully picked from different parts of the world, but shipped from our main warehouse located in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and China). Because our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages for faster delivery.
Shipping time may vary from 2 weeks to 8 weeks of time. This is an approximate time frame and we do not have any control over shipping time. If you are in hurry to receive your product(s), you are recommended to place an order early so that you can meet your deadline.
Many exquisite items listed on the website are completely handmade. Therefore, the time needed for production may also vary from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the production requirement and quantity required.
You will receive tracking number to track your product as it comes in your registered email ID. In case, you do not get your tracking ID in your registered email address within 7 days following your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know by filling up this form here.
WE OFFER FREE INSURANCE
You will be glad to know that unlike our competitors, we offer you FREE INSURANCE for each and every item we sell. It means, if you never received your item more than 60 days, then we will send new replacement provided you put in correct address.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER ORDER DATE?
Please allow 2-8 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package, however, most of the time you may receive your items earlier unless there are circumstances beyond our control such as custom holds, natural disasters, country regulations, etc. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as Earthquake, floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. No matter what happens, rest assured you will receive your items within the 8 weeks time period.

We do not offer any rush delivery or same-day or next-day delivery. Delivery is done in normal bubble and / or cardboard box packaging.

Depending on the products that you have ordered and where the item is currently being manufactured and stored, different items may be sent from different places. We do this to ensure faster and more efficient delivery times for you.
