How do I place an order?
- When you are on our website mokam.org, look at the top of the page, just below the logo, you will see all the categories listed.
- Select any category of your preference and choose product that you want to place order for.
- Choose quantity and click on Add to Cart button. You will be automatically redirected to the Cart page. If you wish to add more to your cart, click on Continue Shopping button on top of the Cart table.
- Once done, scroll down and click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button. Before you click on the button, use any coupon code, if you have, and click on APPLY COUPON button.
- Now, when you are on Checkout page, you need to fill up all the details and finally click on PLACE ORDER button. Once clicked, you’ll be redirected to PayU Payment Gateway to securely make your payment.
- Once paid successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation mail to your registered email. If you do not receive mail, don’t forget to check SPAM folder too. If not received in 3 hours after placing the order, contact us from your registered email address. We will look out into the issue.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order will be packed in a normal yet highly secured bubble wrapped packing envelope / box, whichever applicable, (unless premium / gift packaging is requested at an additional cost) and the order will be delivered at your doorstep by our professional courier partner (DTDC, DHL or Indian Speed Post).
How long will my order take to arrive?
If your product is in stock it will be received in 4-20 business days depending on your location and if not, then 2-8 weeks.
What are the Shipping & Delivery charges for orders from your shop?
Zero. No matter what you order, we will ship it for FREE. For each order, you’ll enjoy 100% FREE SHIPPING anywhere in India.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on Monday-Friday, excluding national and state holidays.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you place order, we almost immediately start processing the order (except you mention a 24 hours window time to hold your order from final processing).
If the product is available in our stock, you’ll receive a notification email from Mokam team in 24-48 hours confirming you about the stock availability.
Before shipping, the product shall go through a rigorous quality inspection and We will send you all the photographs and videos of the product taken from different angles.
We will ship the product in 24 hours (except Sundays and Holidays) following the stock availability email sent to you.
You’ll receive the product in 5-12 days.
In case, if the product is unavailable at our stock, our usual delivery time is 2-8weeks. Once the product will be received by our Indian warehouse from our warehouse abroad, the process will be same as above.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Once you place an order and have made payment successfully, an invoice will be generated automatically by the system and mailed to your registered email address. Also, you can download the same invoice in PDF format from your My Accounts area.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, no. We currently ship only within India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you have alternative payment other than PayU, because I do not have account with PayU?
You do not need an account at PayU to pay. You can pay using your credit card, debit card or NEFT.
Can I pay through Paytm?
Yes, you can pay through Paytm too. During checkout, you’ll get the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How will I know if an order is placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
Do you take orders over phone?
Yes, we do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is NEFT. Before you place order over phone, let us know about your requirement by sending a WhatsApp message to +919831216188, we will get back to you at the earliest.
I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn’t working. Can you help me place an order?

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
- Please check your bank/credit card account at the first place in order to ensure if your account has been debited.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days.
- The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.
We do not offer COD. For more details, check our secure payment policy section.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on email@example.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.
